We are looking for a Qualified De Partie Chef (CDP) who will be responsible for supporting the Chef and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen that offers consistently high quality food, deals with purchase orders and ensures that items arriving without authorization are not received.
It ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation and updates with new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
It takes care of the daily preparation of foods and the tasks assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and quality established by the Restaurant.
They follow the instructions and recommendations of the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
Coordinates daily chores with Sous Chef.
Responsible for supervising junior chefs or commissioners.
